Can I order Custom Furniture?

Of course. Please send us your details, it is good to include images if possible, size details, and everything you need us to take a look. We will analyze and try our best to provide with all you need.

What About the Custom Made Furniture Pricing?

We always give our customers with the best price possible. It means, we will not charged you with crazy price tag but not also so very cheap, we will try to do everything to push hard the building furniture cost so you will get with the right price. You may want to recommend us a price too, and we will see how your price will fit.

Can I order something that not listed on your site?

If that still in the furniture context, sure, just send us your query, we will get back to you after that.

How the Payment can be Done?

Currently we accepting Paypal as our payment gate, but to be honest, we prefer to have wire transfer from your bank to our bank account. If you simply comfortable to choose Paypal, please be so, it is safe as we know it. But if you see that wire transfer is also great, just tell us, we will send you our bank account details. You could send 50% of the price first and send us the rest after the product is ready to ship.

PS: After sending us a wire transfer, please send us a note through the contact form here in order to let us know that you just placed an order. We need it to process your order.

How long the order will be delivered?

If you live abroad aside from Bali Indonesia, then you could expect to get your order in three weeks long, usually faster. We offer rush delivery by a small amount of fee as an addition to your order.  You could see the fee in the product page right before you hit the Buy Now button.

Does Ordering from Our site safe?

Yes of course, by placing order through Paypal, we as merchant, will never see your financial details, Paypal keep it from us. If you transfer directly to our Bank account we can assured you that we will not cheat you in anyway. You got our address – listed in this about us page–, you can come to us in the worst case or send authority to picking us , of course that will not happen.
